Participants take on different roles and work together using limited resources to complete a shared challenge. Throughout the exercise, new conditions and unexpected changes test how well the team communicates, coordinates, adapts and works toward a common goal.

Through a simple, hands-on exercise, participants experience how the same instructions can lead to very different outcomes. The workshop explores the role of clarity, assumptions, interpretation, active listening and asking questions. It shows why effective communication depends on both the person sharing information and the person receiving it.

The session combines two perspectives on common business challenges. It explores how leadership, resilience, communication and company culture are affected by organizational structures, responsibilities and daily processes. Through practical examples and guided reflection, participants learn to recognize when challenges are caused by individual behavior and when the way an organization operates needs to change.
